Because of the donation from our Foundation to support single parent households with energy assistance Maryland Fuel Fund created the "Power of One program." Power of One will launch July 2022.  Throughout COVID-19,  Maryland Fuel Fund, has seen an increased in the need from single parent households (specifically female-led/94%), they took the momentum from our support and hired a staffer to manage the "division” of the bill assistance. They have also created a program for seniors called "Silver Lights."
